Monetize Your Lot ("we," "us") operates monetizeyourlot.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs. When you use the Lot Income Calculator, we temporarily process your zip code, lot size, and lot features to generate your personalized estimate. These values are not stored in connection with your identity.
• Email address. If you submit an email to receive the lot income plan, we store your email, the page you submitted from, the zip code entered in the calculator (if any), and the timestamp.
• Analytics data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are popular and how the calculator is used. This includes approximate location (city level), device type, referrer, and pages viewed. We do not use third-party tracking pixels that follow you across the web.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs IP addresses and user-agent strings for security and performance. These logs are retained per their policies.

How we use it

• Generate your personalized lot income estimate when you use the calculator.
• Send you the Lot Income Plan email (and, if you opt in, future updates) if you submit your email.
• Improve the calculator and site content based on analytics.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Affiliate links and cookies

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the affiliate network (Impact, FlexOffers, AvantLink, or equivalent) may set a cookie on your device to attribute a future purchase or signup to our site. If you complete a qualifying action on the merchant's site, we may earn a commission. This does not affect your price. We only recommend services we've researched and believe are useful.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what's necessary to operate the site:

• Email provider. Once we integrate an email service (Resend, ConvertKit, or similar), your email is stored with that service for delivery of the Lot Income Plan.
• Affiliate networks. When you click an affiliate link, the destination network may see our referral ID but not your email or other personal data.
• Legal compliance. We may disclose data if required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off.
• Request deletion. Email hello@monetizeyourlot.com to have your data deleted from our systems.
• Calculator without signup. The calculator works without submitting an email. Your calculator inputs are not stored in connection with your identity.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function and analytics cookies to understand usage. We do not use advertising tracking cookies at this time. Third-party affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you click an affiliate link.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted in a banner on the homepage for 30 days.
